There are certain principles that apply to everyone. Some are natural laws (like gravity), some are spiritual. These principles (sic. “laws”) are universal… they work ALL the time, and they work for ANYone. No one is left out.
The core principle of this world is The Seed Principle. Summed up, it works like this:

Like gravity, spiritual principles are at work whether you understand or even know about them. The discovery of gravity as a natural law came in fairly recent history. However, people didn’t just float away because no one knew gravity existed.
Electricity is governed by certain physical laws. Electricity existed before anyone could explain it or harness its power. Electricity can help or hurt, too. When one doesn’t pay attention to the correct application of the laws of Electricity, that person can be fatally injured.
Spiritual law works in the same manner. One may not know the principle exists, but it is working just the same… and the law will work for anyone, regardless of gender, race, creed, nationality or socio-economic background. And one may know the law exists, but not understand how to properly apply it. Like Electricity, the user can be benefited or harmed by the action of spiritual law, even when that person operates in ignorance of the law. In fact, being spiritual in nature, The Seed Principle has the potential to supersede natural principles. As a universal law, proper application of a spiritual principle can cause one to rise above their natural potential and the apparent limitations of location, education, heritage, etc.
The likelihood of one benefiting from the law increases as knowledge of that law increases. So, learning about The Seed Principle, and understanding that it is a core operating principle of this world. will increase the possibilities of correct application of the principle along with the likelihood that you will benefit from it.
